I just wanted to send a note to express my thanks and appreciation for all of your assistance and attention. You picked up our request and acted very quickly, which was exactly what we needed. The nurse was extremely caring and attentive, and such a huge help. Thank you again for your promptness and support.

I work with Ellea as a paediatric nurse. Ellea have great systems in place to support both the client and the employee. Having worked in several areas of paediatrics over 28 years, I can testify that Ellea really do aim to fulfil all their care duties through robust care planning, risk assessing and reporting.

My expectations of working for an agency have been surpassed, and I have been happily surprised with the high levels of care given to clients. Communication between managers, clinical leads and staff on the ground is great which means that we can ensure great care whilst process and legislation is being followed. This in turn projects as a great working relationship between the staff, client and their families.

The help and support my family and I received from Ellea Nursing when we really needed it was fantastic. I was constantly kept up to date by the coordinator whilst they identified an available and suitable nurse and when the nurse arrived on her first evening, we couldn’t of been any happier, giving us all the peace of mind that my mother was being cared for with her warm and professional manner.

During these difficult times when a loved one becomes ill, having Ellea nursing to help was a real blessing and we thank you for all your amazing support.

Ellea Nursing provided really exceptional care for our family whilst they visited the UK. They were in very good hands and Christine was amazing, she really put our minds at ease. As soon as they got off the plane they were assessed within hours and Christine was lined up ready to start that evening. Thank you Ellea Nursing, will definitely be using again.

FAQs

1. What types of home care do you provide in Canterbury?

We cover the full spectrum of private home care, including complex, live-in, postoperative, dementia and paediatric care.

2. How quickly can care start?

In some cases, care can start on the same day or within 24 hours. The exact timing will depend on your requirements and the clinical support needed.

3. Do you provide care for complex medical conditions?

Yes. Our team has experience across a wide range of complex and advanced conditions, providing nursing-led care with the same level of skill and oversight you’d expect in a hospital setting, within the home.

4. Can you support someone returning home from a Canterbury hospital?

We look at the full picture, including clinical needs, personality, daily routines and personal preferences, to find someone who fits well, not just clinically but as a person in your home. Where conditions are complex, we also make sure the carer or nurse has the right specific experience.

5. Can you support families as well as the person receiving care?
