I work with Ellea as a paediatric nurse. Ellea have great systems in place to support both the client and the employee. Having worked in several areas of paediatrics over 28 years, I can testify that Ellea really do aim to fulfil all their care duties through robust care planning, risk assessing and reporting.
My expectations of working for an agency have been surpassed, and I have been happily surprised with the high levels of care given to clients. The help and support my family and I received from Ellea Nursing when we really needed it was fantastic.
